David is a seasoned sales agent with over two decades in real estate, including eighteen years of experience selling property in Boston. He prides himself on his communication skills, patience, and overall 'A+' goal in customer satisfaction. He dedicates his time each week advising buyers and sellers, drawing from his experience on both sides of the real estate transaction. He has a solid knowledge base of the Boston market, with a full range of prices and property types. David is also a successful developer/investor, these experiences vastly help him understand the role of a developer. David grew up in Jamestown, a nine-mile island off Newport, RI, and hasn't lost his small town demeanor. A resident of Greater Boston since 1993, he has lived in and sold homes in nearly every of this city’s major neighborhoods. He, his wife Kathryn and their three children, currently live on the South Shore, MA. He earned a BFA in Creative Writing and an Advanced Certificate Degree in Screen Writing, both from Emerson College. Murdock also attended the Moses Brown School in Providence RI, and is an active board member on the Alumni Committee.
