Staff Management • Line management of the following function Risk and Governance, ISO Accreditation, Compliance and Energy management
• Provides strong individual and professional leadership of compliance across Essentia services.
• Ensure that staff understand their objectives and departmental performance expectations. Monitoring staff capability and take remedial action when required. Discusses issues of concern with individual member of staff and the Head of Infrastructure Operations as appropriate.
• Collaborate where appropriate with users, clinical colleagues, human resources and finance department representatives.
• To develop along with other staff within the Directorate a common, consistent and more innovative approach to staff recruitment,
• To facilitate service improvements, particularly where these involve changing attitudes or culture.
• This position will ensure that all Trust management and HR policies are cascaded to all staff and implementation is both consistent and effective throughout the engineering department.
