A new style of cooking class — semi- participation — which means the instructor does the majority of the class demonstration-style but calls up students to help out at different times during the class. In these new-style classes, everyone gets to see all of the recipes being made. Those who want to be hands-on can get in on the act, and those who prefer to sit back and sip a glass of wine can do that too! These Claremont Cooking Classes will start at 2 p.m. on scheduled Saturdays and
Each student will get a set of the recipes of the day, two glasses of wine, and tasting plates of the recipes prepared. An afternoon to eat ... drink ... laugh ... learn ...
The cost is $75 per person — advance reservations are required.
