performance the lads have put in over the years I’ve seen them (Harrogate last year was close but that was only a 20min tournament game). The full 23 performed at their top level for the full 50mins and showed completely why they individually and more importantly as a Squad have such a good and respected reputation, not just in Lancashire but much further afield. Yes, we as a whole squad of lads and parents support them, simple but many other teams in the region and outside support us also. Had so many well wishing messages before the game from the likes of Sandbach, Sandal, Vale, Waterloo, Ormskirk, Linlithgow, even Hoppers! So, one more hurdle to jump though before we can get our hands on silverware. Tyldesley played Burnage in the other semi-final with Tyldesley taking the win and now face us in the final after winning 13-0 in that game. We put 59 unanswered points on Tyldesley when we played them in the cup earlier in the season but I understand they now have a lot of their league players back for their cup games so we definitely cant think it will be an easy game.
