I am honored to congratulate you on your graduation from Umm Al Quwain University. You have achieved the finest in your academic life after years of effort and perseverance, which makes me record and deliver my words of appreciation and pride. On this occasion, I extend my sincere gratitude and tremendous appreciation to His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Rashid bin Saud Al Mualla, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, for their extreme patronage to establish the university as a scholars and sciences platform. Salute to our distinguished academic, administrative, and technical university members for the given support. I would also like to thank your families for supporting you, as they are now proud of your achievements.
