On this occasion, I congratulate you and your families on your graduation. You have moved to a new stage of your life, the career stage, through which you will change people’s lives consistent with the time requirements. Your role in society is of great importance. It starts with good manners and realistic coexistence in the UAE society, just like those who preceded you and contributed to the government or private institutions development.
