Position within the team
The Senior Project manager sits within the Estates Team under the head of Projects.
For the New Herbarium project, the Senior Project Manager will sit within a classic project delivery structure. Day-to-day direction on the project will come from the Programme Director for the Science Transformation Programme and the Senior PM will have full responsibility for managing and driving the delivery of the project via management of the design team, Client project team and reporting up to the Project Board.
