Y oga therapist Jessica McCarty founded Prodigy Life in 2019. She is a member of the Christian Yoga Association and serves as a Lead Trainer for YogaFaith, a nonprofit organization based in Tacoma, Washington. McCarty is at the forefront of the Christian Wellness Movement, introducing others to the practice of yoga through a Christ-centered perspective. Prodigy Life is a lifestyle center offering a variety of group wellness classes, including Yoga, Barre, Pound, Yogalates, Nutrition, and Sound Therapy. The center is home to a unique 6-point Halo IR Sauna, the only commercial sauna within a 120-mile radius that provides six different therapies in a single session. These therapies include detoxification, collagen rejuvenation, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, sound therapy, and Halo Therapy (salt therapy). The center also features a distinctive boutique offering wellness products, sustainable athleisure wear, and some of the trendiest boutique items available. At the heart of Prodigy Life is its strong sense of community. While welcoming individuals from all backgrounds, the center is entirely Christ-centered, with participants gathering to pray, worship, and meditate on God’s word together.
