Starting back in the days when Blake took his kids along for the ride when collecting and distrib- uting used oil, to today when our second-generation prodigies are managing departments and key service offerings to our clients. Why is AMA important to your company? And to Alaska mining? Being part of industry specific organizations like AMA is vital for us to stay visible and engaged with mines and miners of all sizes. The challenges we all face as businesses supporting mines and miners here in Alaska are universal and we like being a part of an organization that is truly a family and not just a collection of members.
