CT SERIES AIR MAKEUP UNIT
The RTT CT Series Heat and Cure Air Makeup Unit (AMU) replaces 100% of the exhausted air from the spray booth enclosure with fresh, filtered, tempered outside air. The CT Series AMU is equipped with a custom control panel designed specifically for finishing applications and controls both the spray booth and Air Makeup Unit. The CT Unit can be mounted horizontally, vertically, indoors or outdoors as required to accommodate job site specific needs and space availability. The RTT CT AMU offers a cost effective solution and includes many features such as lower sound levels, lightweight construction and easy installation and set up. The units enhance finishing applications by reducing airborne particulate and can increase production by accelerating dry time, thus improving operational efficiency of the finishing process. When a dedicated CT AMU is coupled directly to the booth (pressurized system), the integrated “Auto Balance” feature will adjust air flow based on filter loading to maintain designed settings , maximizing exhaust filter life.
The CT Series AMU's are offered in a variety of models including:
• Demand units which can provide make-up air for multiple spray booths within a building (No Exhaust VFD, No Light Circuit) • Heat Only (Exhaust VFD, Light Circuit, Spray Air Interlock) • Heat & Cure (Exhaust VFD, Light Circuit, Cure Cycle, Spray Air Interlock, Door Limit Switches) Custom AMU solutions can also be provided for booth air recirculation in spray and / or cure mode , as well as for applications that require temperature and humidity control.
