What I did: Managed engaging social media content to connect with and attract customers. Analyzed inventory data to track top-selling items and identify stock requirements. Engaged with customers directly at the register to gather insights and provide personalized service. Gained comprehensive knowledge of effective marketing strategies and business operations. What I liked: I really enjoyed my internship at A Diamond in the North because it offered a great mix of creativity and analysis. Creating engaging social media content let me connect with customers in fun ways, while tracking inventory helped me understand what products were popular and what we needed more of. Interacting with customers at the register was also rewarding, as it gave me direct feedback on their preferences and helped me learn more about running a successful business. Overall, it was a satisfying experience that combined creativity with practical skills.
