What I did: Conduct interviews, schedule job screenings, conduct job screenings, send drug test request forms, conduct I-9 audits, assist in conducting investigations, assist with benefit presentations, conduct new hire orientations, projects as assigned. What I liked: My favorite part of my internship is that I was exposed to every aspect of HR and I was given my own projects. I was trusted with tasks and got to experience so many things.
Future Dream Job: HR director.
