What I did: Posting valuable/relatable content of the target market through a variety of social media platforms, running data analytics, finding connections to prospects and new opportunities/clients for the advisor, planning team events and more. What I liked: I liked that I was able to work along side my team and leaders in order to complete my duties. I also liked that I had individual work to do. Having your teams support means a lot. Entering Monday morning meetings with goals for the advisor for the week was exciting because he always comes ready for what I am going to provide him with in order to crush his goals as well! Future Dream Job: I would love to be a hospital administrator but I also love working in veterinary medicine management.
