What I did: I am currently an intern in the Minor Medical Unit. I have the role of a claim representative and I set up, manage and complete claims when they come into Sentry. As a rep. I deal with prompt contacts, injured workers, and medical providers daily on the phone and through email communication to ensure that the claim is handled properly. What I liked: The internship events, meeting people from across the nation, the work environment and associate perks.
Future Dream Job: Chief of NA or claims.
