What I did: I recruited, trained and managed a team in the Stevens Point area. I was responsible for recruiting a team via word of mouth, social media and campus tables. After recruiting, I scheduled them for interviews, ran the interview, hired and set them for training. I then ran a three-day training seminar weekly to bring new members on to the team and set them up for success selling Cutco. I set up weekly coaching sessions for each team member as well as weekly team meetings. I also collaborated with other managers to make improvements in the business. What I liked: I liked creating relationships with other managers as well as members on my team. I also liked pushing myself to run a business and see how it works. Being an influence and being able to share my knowledge and experience was very impactful and amazing for my personal development. Future Dream Job: My dream job is anything that I can make a positive impact in the lives of others and help a multitude of individuals. One job that has always stood out to me is something in sports analytics.
