What I did: Completed market research, presented to groups of reps and customers to train them on the energy recovery products, provided customer support on the presale side, assisted with identifying market trends and implementing them into presenting recommendations for product development, and completed data analytics on market needs and competitors products. What I liked: The diversity of my role and the amount of trust Greenheck as a company had in me.
