What I did: • I learned the ticketing system to sell various kinds of tickets from standard seats to our hospitality areas to our fans and businesses. • I interacted with fans and clients over the phone or email either selling tickets or printing ticket orders and discussing our promotion for future games. • I helped the operations team set up our hospitality areas for business groups so they could enjoy the game. • I helped the equipment manager this season helping get equipment for the baseball team and making and setting up making sure we were game-ready every game. What I liked: I liked that everything was hands on and I got to interact with fans, co-workers and all levels of surrounding businesses. I liked being the mascot. I liked selling tickets to businesses and fans. Overall I liked everything I got to do and expirence.
Future Dream Job: Box office manager.
