What I did: I managed job sites, allocated tasks to employees and kept track of all inventory in our shop and job trailers. What I liked: I liked managing a small crew and being able to motivate my crew to work hard and get tasks finished ahead of schedule. Future Dream Job: I would like to open my own business in a similar field as the log home industry, such and wood staining and painting.
