What I did: • I worked with the breeding program to improve efficiency and effectiveness • I worked with several different business we sell to negotiating contracts, looking over different papers to help inform decisions • Did some work with payroll and bills What I liked: I like the more immersive experience of working in the business and numbers side as well as having a hands on ability to help improve efficiency with breeding.
Future Dream Job: To take over ownership of the family dairy.
