What I did: Take service calls in the areas of the software that I have learned and answer questions for customers about how they can do what they want to do in the software. What I liked: I think that the training has done a very good job at making me as ready for service calls as possible. I am still nervous for some of the service calls but I think I am getting better at it every week. Future Dream Job: My dream scenario coming out of college would to receive a full- time offer for the customer success representative position.
