What I did: I had a variety of projects and activities I had to do for my company. I also was given tasks to do that my sales department managers had to do, like having the phone, working on solving guest complaints and working on morning paperwork. What I liked: I worked as a department manager intern, and my favorite part was beginning to learn management at a lower level. I have also got to learn a little bit about high-up management works too, and I know that I don’t want to just stop at a department level. Future Dream Job: I’m not quite sure where exactly I want to end up yet. In the next six months I want to decide if I want to just finish my bachelor’s degree in 2025 or if I want to continue for my masters and finish that in 2026. I also don’t know where I want to live yet. These all play factors on what my dream job is. I know I want to be high up in a company but I’m not sure where, what aspect or what exactly I want to do. I want to continue to explore my options and learn more about things before I make a final decision.
