What I did: Created/assisting building and implementing daily work documents, trained and coached floor employees on new problem solving process, ran a daily operations meeting, maintained and updated a daily operations spreadsheet, assisted in process health/condition checks, performed safety audits, helped schedule and perform GEMBA walks. What I liked: The team at Plover Apps has done a great job at making me feel like a member of the team rather than just an intern. It let me feel like I truly own the work I’m doing and encouraged me to do my best every single day.
