What I did: • Prepared monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records • Entered amounts due for individual accounts receivable accounts and generated detailed A/R ledgers • Entered data for cash, check, and remote deposit receipts for multiple accounts managed by the department • Prepared financial analysis spreadsheets for parish funding requests to support financial planning and approvals
What I liked: I liked the schedule of working half days on Fridays.
