Coeur Alaska’s Kensington Mine Celebrates First Family Day
Photos Courtesy Coeur Alaska Coeur Alaska’s Kensington Mine started a new tradition in August, with the mine’s first Family Day since beginning production. More than 100 visitors toured the mine, went underground, enjoy a meal at the mine’s dining hall and had a full day of fun activities hosted by each of the mine’s departments. It was a beautiful sunny Southeast Alaska day for friends and families to see and celebrate the great work done by the whole Kensington team every day.
