As the CEO & Founder of Criteria Entertainment, she has been instrumental in the success of GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY-winning artists, including Enrique Bunbury, Mon Laferte, Francisca Valenzuela, and Oscar Ortiz, among others.

A Florida International University gradu- ate and proud Nicaraguan-American, she founded PulsoPOP, a Latinx digital outlet with over 1.5M social followers, and has earned multiple journalism honors.

With 20+ years in cultural journalism, market research, and brand interna- tionalization, Noelia joined AIE nearly 7 years ago. She works on the StreamRights team, supporting top artists and session musicians worldwide by providing data and tech tools to help them make strategic career deci- sions and maximize revenues.
