RETAINED INTEREST Rhodes Red Angus retains 1/3 semen interest and revenue sharing interest on every bull in the sale. GUARANTEE All of the bulls in this offering are guaranteed to pass a fertility and health examination. In the event of a bull failing a semen test or being injured, a suitable replacement will be furnished if available. We encourage buyers to purchase livestock loss of use and mortality. DELIVERY We will begin delivering bulls right after the sale, with FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY , plus $100 per bull off if you take same day. SUPPLEMENT SHEET Scrotal measurements and current weights and gains will be available on sale day. LIABILITY All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. HEALTH PROTOCOL We utilize an extensive preventive medicine/ vaccination program to ensure our herd has every opportunity to optimize performance, fertility, and overall herd health. TERMS & CONDITIONS The terms of the sale are cash and all settlements must be made at the close of the auction. All breeding animals are guaranteed in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Red Angus Association of America.
