FITNESS NEWHOURS Starting Monday, 1 March theANCC Fitness Center will have the following hours: Monday through Friday - 6:00AM to 7:00 PM Sunday/Saturday - 7:00AM to 6:00 PM PROGRAMMING On Friday, 5 March the Golf Flexibility Workshop will take place from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Fort Richardson Room, ARL. PERSONAL TRAINING 5, 12, 19 & 26 March - Fitness Q&A (ANCC Fitness Facebook Page) with Personal Training Supervisor, Adam Gleason from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM. FREE Virtual Coaching Sessions available.
