• Be actively involved in the planning and design of the customized training project.

• Sign an agreement with the grant applicant outlining each entity's roles and responsibilities in the training project,including reporting requirements related to trainee participation. • Determine the number of new employees to train (anyone hired in the last 12 months) and the number of upgraded jobs to be trained (individuals with 12+ months of employment). Provide details and identifying information for your business, including • All wage ranges and job titles for employees to be trained, employee benefits offerings, and other information that may be required by the eligible grant applicant or FutureSolve. When the grant is awarded, specific data on each employee being trained must be reported as well.
