Cordell and Katelyn Schroeder of Carrington, ND are selling 45 head of open angus heifers. Schroeder Ranch has been operating for 4 generations with a current cow herd of about 225 angus cows. Schroeder Ranch has been purchasing Wendel Livestock bulls for the last 11 years. Herd sires include: Republic, Intent, Stellar, Accomplishment, Craftsman, and Resilient sons. They AI their top 50 cows and 30 replacement heifers each year. The sale heifers are all home raised and are a part of the top 70% cut of replacements as they retain 30 head and selling 45 head. The heifers are born in March and April. They have complete vaccination program with 2 rounds of 7-way, Bovishield Gold, Pyramid 5 + Presponse SQ, 2 rounds of pinkeye, Bangs, Fusogard foot rot, 2 rounds of Preg guard and poured.
