Your RightEye device needs a quick refresh at times to keep the system running optimally. Here's a quick tip to keep it running smoothly in case it freezes.

Issue: Frozen Connection Screen:

On occasion, your eye tracker may freeze. Don’t worry; we are here to help!

Below Please find the steps on how to resolve a frozen connection screen.

STEPS TO FIX CONNECTION SCREEN FREEZING: 1. Wait 30-60 seconds

* Power Button

- Connection typically takes 30 seconds or less

- After Microsoft updates, this may take up to a minute

2. Perform a Hard Reboot

- Hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to turn the device off

- Press the power button once and release to reboot

- Attempt to connect your eye tracker again
