SENTIMENTAL SURPRISES Guests entered the reception at CHÂTEAU LE PARC to find a striking 360-degree seating chart installation, thoughtfully designed as both a seating guide and a poignant photo opportunity. The display also featured cherished images of the couple’s late grandparents, framed by the heartfelt message, “We know you’d be here if heaven wasn’t so far away.” Secretly planned by the bride’s sister and event planner, Alyssa, in collaboration with their parents, the tribute created a deeply emotional welcome. Another heartfelt surprise followed—a beautifully detailed sketch of the bride and groom, lovingly drawn by the groom’s mother.
ROMANTIC REVEAL Inside the ballroom, Alyssa and her team at EVENT SHOPPE BY ALYSSA & CO. transformed the space with a modern black-and-white aesthetic. White roses and soft candlelight filled the room, creating a romantic ambiance that felt both timeless and tailored. Every layer of the design reflected the couple’s story, brought to life with intention, love, and sisterly insight.
