Fun ways to get around Downtown Oklahoma City Travel by Bike Spokies is Oklahoma City’s only bike share program. With 60 pedal-only bikes and 52 E-bikes, Spokies is an easy, accessible, and fun way to take on your daily commute, tour the city, get to and from concerts and games or meet up with friends without dealing with parking. It’s the most affordable way to travel in and around OKC and is one of the best ways to cruise around downtown and many of the city’s most exciting neighborhoods. Travel by Streetcar The Oklahoma City Streetcar connects visitors to hotels, dining and attractions through Downtown Bricktown, Automobile Alley and Midtown. Seven streetcars travel on a 4.7-mile loop, seven days a week. There is a stop diagonally across from the Omni Hotel. Travel by Scooter Lime Scooters can be found all over Downtown Oklahoma City. The Lime Scooters are lightweight, electric scooters that are easy to maneuver and ideal for quick commutes. Travel by Water Oklahoma River Cruises offers a variety of specialty cruises and regularly scheduled river transit trips Wednesday through Sunday from April to December. The beautiful 65’ river cruisers have climate- controlled cabins and are ADA accessible.

Welcome to the beautiful Omni Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City! The Hotel Committee has been working hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay while at Institute. We are excited to be here and working with the excellent staff at the Omni. Tours have been taken by the Institute Committee to make sure they can assist with helping you find Registration, classrooms and restrooms! The Hotel Committee, along with NADOA President Vicki Danielson, had a food tasting in June and we’re sure that everyone will love this year’s food selections. We are ready to help you when you arrive in October! The Omni Hotel sits across from Scissortail Park and offers excellent views of the park or the downtown skyline. There are 605 rooms which include robes, an in room safe, Keurig coffee makers, a mini refrigerator and Wi-Fi. There are seven dining areas in the Hotel as well as a rooftop pool, a fitness center and the Mokara Spa. Plan on coming early or staying the weekend after to enjoy this beautiful hotel and all it has to offer!
Valet Parking is available for those who drive in. Check in time is 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am. This year we will have a check out location by the general assembly room to help accommodate those leaving Friday evening.
