This one by “Institution” is a calving ease specialist ranking in the Top 4% of the breed for CED, BW, and CEM. His Scrotal EPD is 6th high in the sale. • This bull has outstanding calving ease combined with a powerful performance phenotype, coming in at top 1% of the breed for CED and BW. He is top 4% and top 10% respectively for Claw and Angle. Docility at top 25% with RE and Marb at top 5% and 35% respectively. A $C at top 10% followed by a $B at 20%. We observed this bull as a yearling when he first entered the stud in Montana and he has continued to develop into one of the most complete bulls of the breed with a classic “herd bull” conformation. He is a great grandson of the famous Connealy Black Granite, Basin Advance 3134 and Ellingson Chaps 4095 all of which are sires we used in our program over the years with great success. He has calving ease, foot and carcass quality; with $Maternal, $Weaning and $C indexes in the top 10% of the breed. An ABS Global bull.
