What is covered? • Manufacturing faults or material failure on all products (not ex-display). If the product is faulty, we will typically repair it or supply a replacement part free of charge. If we can’t, we will supply the identical product, part or will replace it with the nearest product from our current range. • If a site visit is required, a deposit will be taken in advance to cover costs if the product is found to be not faulty. We ask that: • You can prove the purchase was within the UK and Ireland and it was fitted by a qualified professional in accordance with the instructions and good practice. What isn't covered? • Claims due to water ingress will not be accepted if a proper watertight seal has not been installed in the correct place or where a product is not performing due to insufficient water pressure. • Damage caused by lime-scale, mildew, chemicals, improper cleaning, glass breakage & consequential damage are excluded. • Some finishes will naturally age and change over time. These include unlacquered brass and natural wood veneer finishes. These changes are not covered.
