Come twirl yourself to fun and make new friends while learning basic tumbling and dance steps. This exciting class is designed to enhance coordination and imagination. Kids enjoy bouncing on our trampoline, twirling on our dance floor and tumbling on our spring floor. This class combines fun with fitness and learning. Don't miss the fun! Tiny Tots is an early childhood development program held in a recreational setting at Koch Park Recreation Center. The goal of this program is to help prepare children ages 3 to 5 for a successful transition into school settings. With a mixed focus on arts and crafts, socialization, play, and early education practices, Tiny Tots introduces children to colors, numbers, shapes, letters, and writing, while exploring interpersonal skills such as sharing, taking turns, listening to others, and taking responsibility for their actions. Regardless of classroom experience, each child will gain practice in fine motor skills, academic recognition, and social-emotional development through daily planned activities that incorporate imagination play, arts, music, and more. While the Tiny Tots program will supply all materials required for classroom activities, families are asked to provide a daily lunch and light snack, a reusable water bottle, and an extra set of clothing. The classroom does feature an age- appropriate bathroom, but all children must be completely potty-trained by their first day. Koch Park Recreation Center 2210 N. Kickstart a passion for soccer with SoccerTots, an active, game-based introduction for young athletes. This program enhances motor skills and self-confidence with engaging activities that focus on developing core soccer skills and introducing friendly competition.
