Cynthia Reid Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber Cynthia Reid is the senior vice president of marketing and communication for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber and has been a communications professional for more than 30 years. As head of marketing and communications for the Chamber, she oversees national and regional marketing and public relations initiatives to promote Oklahoma City. She is also responsible for events, media relations, publications and image branding for the Chamber. She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City class 17. Reid graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications. certification for chamber professionals.

Halley Reeves Director of Online Education, The University of Oklahoma Hudson College of Public Health Halley Reeves is a faculty member at the OU Hudson College of Public Health on the OU Health Sciences campus. Halley brings her public health practice and economic development training to bear in her work, offering health data analysis, planning and assessment and various approaches to thinking about community health improvement efforts. Halley served as the chief public health strategist for the Oklahoma City County Health Department and the vice president for community health impact for OU Health. Prior to her return to Oklahoma, Halley worked at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, and MIT where she focused on incorporating the social determinants of health into health care policy and developing innovative investment strategies to fund healthy community and housing development. Halley holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington and a master’s in city planning with a focus on economic development from the MIT.

Mike Chavez Manager of Community Benefit, INTEGRIS Health
Mike Chavez currently serves as the community benefit manager at INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma’s largest health system. INTEGRIS Health’s mission leads Chavez to oversee programs, classes and events for at- risk populations in Oklahoma. He also manages research activities into Oklahoma health disparities. Through this research, Chavez continues to advocate and implement health promotion programming targeting access to health, access to healthy food and tobacco cessation. His current priorities at INTEGRIS Health include administering and guiding partnership and program opportunities to offer creative and unique activities that distinguish INTEGRIS Health as an innovative leader in community benefit. He has been a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA) and the Men’s Health Caucus (MHC) since 2016, currently serving as secretary on the leadership team. Susan Munson Program Coordinator for Community Health and Outreach, Mercy OKC Susan Munson is the community health coordinator at Mercy OKC. She has been with Mercy for five years and focuses on the unfunded population to help each receive equitable health care. Munson chose to work in community health to help continue the legacy of the Walking Sister’s, whose focus was also on the most vulnerable population.

Jayme Phillips Director of Community Relations and Strategic Programs, OU Health Jayme Phillips is the director of community relations and strategic programs at OU Health. Previously, Phillips was the director of development for Scissortail Park and the development officer at Oklahoma Contemporary, the nonprofit that brought her back to Oklahoma at the very end of 2016 after spending twelve years in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. Jayme began her career at Creative Artists Agency in Beverly Hills working with actors, producers, directors, writers, athletes, etc. After learning the ropes at CAA, she spent the next nine and half years in publicity. Phillips managed high-level PR campaigns and events for actors, nonprofits, magazines, museums, artists, musicians, personalities and large corporate brands. Phillips graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in communication. Jose Rojas, MS Senior Community Health Specialist, SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Jose Rojas is a dedicated community health professional with nine years of experience in various capacities within the field. He currently serves as the senior community health specialist at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital. As a key member of the Oklahoma Health Impact Team, Rojas has been instrumental in developing the last two Oklahoma County Health Needs Assessments. His passion for community health is deeply rooted in his connection to Oklahoma City, the community he proudly calls home. Rojas believes in the power of collaborative efforts to create lasting, positive change and is committed to advancing health outcomes, ensuring that every individual can lead a healthy, fulfilling life.
