Logistics is arguably one of the most important career sectors in the world. Without supply chain resources we would see food and fuel shortages, goods, pharmaceuticals and healthcare products would not be delivered on time, descending us into CHAOS. Every organisation, large or small and every individual uses the logistics supply chain. So, if you’re considering a career change or just starting out, the field of logistics has so much to offer.
We want to share our passion for logistics with candidates who are just starting out on their professional journey. Our recruitment process for graduate positions starts in November with interviews and assessment centres take place in December.
We have 42 mentors from across all areas of the business and range from our MD and other Directors, through to First Line Managers , who have been trained as internal mentors. Mentors are formally provided for apprentices, management trainees, interns and Development Centre attendees, but anyone can ask for an internal mentor when extra support is needed.

Management Trainee Programme We want to share our passion for logistics with candidates who are just starting out on their professional journey. You will gain practical responsibility from the first phase of a 2-year Programme, which
12 Month Placement Our placement programme will provide you with a strong start to your career by gaining practical work experience in a fast-paced logistics business, supporting our projects & operations in key sites. We are looking for customer and quality focused, pro-active team players; keen to learn within a dynamic environment. £20,500 salary, 25 days holiday, Pension, Critical illness cover, We Care Employee Assistance Programme, Everyone Benefits Discounts.

will follow the structure: Year 1: Contract Logistics 6 Months - Warehousing Placement 6 Months - Transport Placement
Year 2: Option of the following placements 6 months - International Freight Forwarding 6 months - Healthcare 3 months - Continuous Improvement 3 months - Solution Design 3 months - Supply Chain Solution The programme is suitable for graduates with a 2:2 degree in Logistics or Business, a full UK driving licence and flexibility regarding location and shifts. £27,500 salary, 25 days holiday, Pension, Critical illness cover, We Care Employee Assistance Programme, Everyone Benefits Discounts. During the programme you will be supported with formal on the job training and be matched to a Mentor.
