•Ensure you submit your score accurately and promptly after completing the round. •Incorrect scores may result in penalty strokes.
Player Communication and Payouts: •We will use the email address you provided during registration for player pack distribution and payout notifications. •Please double-check your email address to ensure it's accurate and up-to-date
If your partner isn’t present, you may begin your round without them. They may only join you at the start of a hole, and no extra throws will be given. Once the event begins, switching partners is not allowed for any reason.
Payout: Amateurs: Paid out in digital Hazy Shade gift cards. Event-weekend-only specials will be available in-store, so be sure to stop in before or after your round. Pro & Ace Fund: Paid via PayPal or check. Payments are processed as quickly as possible, but may take a few days if issues arise. Please ensure your PayPal info is current. Tax Forms: Players winning $600+ must submit an Ohio W9 form before the event if you expect to exceed this threshold.
