The Greater Oklahoma City Chamber welcomes expert economist Anirban Basu, chairman and CEO of Sage Policy Group, an economic and policy consulting firm in Baltimore, Md., as the featured keynote during its annual State of the Economy event, Nov. 9, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
