MAKING RESERVATIONS Reservations • Ability to make reservations at Resorts in the Midwest and South Central Regions • Make reservations 120 days (4 months) prior to arrival date • Ability to have 5 open reservations An open reservation is considered any reservation not checked out of or canceled. Open Reservations are shared among Members, AFMs, and Guests. Extended Length of Stay • Stay up to 3 consecutive weeks, or 21 consecutive nights, at any one of your Home Resorts After checking out of a stay of 4 consecutive nights or longer at one Resort, Members need to observe the 7-day out rule before checking into another reservation. Resort-to-Resort Privileges • Bypass the 7-day out rule if you move to another Resort • Use at a maximum of 3 consecutive Resorts at a time (Members may return to their starting Resorts if they desire) Members must observe the 7-day out rule at the conclusion of third stay, unless using Buy-Out Week. Members must call Member Services to book Resort-to-Resort reservations. Buy-Out Weeks • Stay longer than the allotted 21 days • Claim two times per Resort per calendar year On the day your reservation ends, Members must either call Member Services or check with the Resort Store to confirm availability at your current Resort for an extension up to another 7 days. If availability allows you to extend your reservation, you can pay the current fee of $225 to claim your Buy-Out Week, which allows you to bypass the 7-day out rule. Guest Passes • Members booking Guest reservations can utilize the Guest Pass discount up to 3 times per year, which includes campsites at no cost for up to 2 nights or Fixed Lodging at the then Member rate
