One of Reynold: worked, and have been holding ser vices each week there since. It was here that he heard the message of the Gospel of Christ. A few weeks ago we missed him at the meetings and upon inquiry we were told that he was s,'vk and would be glad to have us call. Going to his room we learned his physical condition, and as we looked into his face we realized that he was without hope both physically and spirit ually. However, he was intensely in terested in spiritual things, and at the close of our conversation he had come to the point where he was willing to accept Christ as his personal Saviour. As we have gone again and again into this room, we cannot help but rejoice in the wonderful spiritual truths that the Holy Spirit is bringing home to his heart. He said just the other day, “ I thank God that He has permitted me to have this disease if for nothing else than that He wanted to lead me to Himself.” As we think of what might have happened if we had not gone into this shop and become acquainted with this man, we thank God that He afforded us the privilege. H NTO Thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks; for that thy name is near thy wondrous works de clare.— Psa. 7:1. Truly this is our message for the month. Last month we told of an experience in deal ing with an elderly gentleman on one of the Canadian vessels. Our prayer for a safe return of both the ship and this man was answered by the mighty Jehovah, for the man returned and we had a visit with him. For some time we dealt with doubts, fears and excuses, but now can rejoice that not only this man but two others on this ship are there to witness for Jesus Christ, their Lord. Time Well Spent Entering the steward’s cabin one afternoon, we met four Spanish boys who believed in Christ Jesus but were living defeated lives. Sitting upon one of the bunks, we opened the Word from
