Debbie McKee, Co-Chair Valerie Wible, Co-Chair Registration will be open during the following times in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for our upcoming Institute at the Omni Hotel located in beautiful Downtown. Tuesday, October 1, 2024 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 7:00 to 9:00 AM We’re hoping that being open on Tuesday afternoon and early evening will help accommodate attendees who arrive during those times. Extending the Wednesday afternoon registration hours should enable people to have their lanyard to get into the welcome reception and still have time to explore some of the downtown area. If you haven’t seen the chairs lit up at night, we highly recommend that you try and make your way over to see the Oklahoma City National Memorial because it is very touching to see 165 glass chairs shining in the night to represent those lost in the Murrah bombing.
