WAXIE Diamond Guard CS Catalyzed Sealer Can be used on VCT and epoxy terrazzo. This sealer forms a barrier to prevent plasticizer migration from the floor, which creates a longer lifespan for the finish. When used with floor finish it can promote easier strippability. This fast drying, low odor sealer is the sealer of choice for linoleum surfaces because it seals without causing fiber-burring or lifting on linoleum and Marmoleum. It’s the premium choice for a sealer before using floor finish, and an excellent choice for protecting floors during construction phases. This non- yellowing sealer enhances the ap- pearance of any finish and can also be used as a sealer under WAXIE Diamond Guard TZ. One gallon kit can cover 500–1200 square feet. WAXIE W-300 Floor Undercoater & Sealer
Excellent sealer for all resilient, ter- razzo, quarry and unglazed ceramic floors. Recommended for use on high traffic areas or worn floors before applying finish. Water-based, acrylic polymer formulation with 16% solids for strength, durability and ease of stripping. Applies easily, dries to a clear, satin gloss. 930522 drum 5 gl
WAXIE Grout & Tile Seal Single-component, topical seal, builds to bring out the brilliance in tile and stone floor surfaces while protecting them against harm- ful wear and tear. Applies using traditional finish mops as well as flat mop systems. It levels easily, bonds to the surface to provide proper adhesion, and dries fast. Improves traction on the floor to reduce slip and fall potential. WAXIE Grout & Tile Seal can also be applied on top of WAXIE Grout Guard penetrating grout seal for added protection. Very low odor and meets or exceed VOC regulations in all 50 states. Cover- age: Up to 2,500 sq. ft. per gallon.
