Entryways
WAXIE offers entryway matting systems to help keep your facility clean – these systems are available in a variety of styles and colors, and can even be customized with logos or graphics. Entryway matting systems are the first line of defense against dirt, dust, pollen and other particles entering a building. Utilizing the appropriate size entryway matting system, and developing the associated cleaning strategies to clean and maintain the matting and exterior walkways, is an excel- lent way to contribute to better indoor air quality and to keep the building cleaner. An entryway matting system which is at least 10' long in the primary direction of travel can help a project pursuing LEED ® certification, or a campus pursuing an AASHE STARS ® rating, or an organization pursuing CIMS-GB certification, or a project pursuing WELL certification.
