What is Mental Health Awareness Week? Mental Health Awareness Week happens every year, and is the opportunity to come together to focus on getting good mental health. The week aims to tackle stigma and help people understand and prioritise their and others' mental health. Mental Health Awareness Week makes sure that mental health remains at the centre of the public conversation. Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 will take place from 13 to 19 May, on the theme of "Movement: Moving more for our mental health”.
