HST Fees in this guide are subject to HST. Note that HST does not apply to programs for children 14 years of age and under (excluding rentals). Classes may be cancelled due to a lack of registrations. Every effort will be made to avoid these changes. A makeup class will be provided where possible and in the event it’s not possible, participants will receive a credit to compensate for lost time. Drop-In Cancellation Policy Participants may cancel, reschedule and/or make changes to their registrations up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to a drop-in class without penalty. Transfer Requests Class transfer must occur prior to the third class and will be based on class availability. After the third class, transfers will only be allowed at a Program Coordinator’s discretion. ONLY if a spot has been created. Class Changes & Cancellations
