If the product becomes faulty during the warranty period, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Amway One Year Warranty Amway warrants new mechanical device for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If any mechanical device purchased should become defective during the warranty period, Amway will, with proof of purchase and at its discretion, repair, replace or issue a refund for the defective device. Pricing Policy Prices effective 15 September 2022. All pricing in the catalogue includes GST where applicable. We try to keep our prices consistent throughout the catalogue period. However, price changes may be necessary because our manufacturers and suppliers may raise or lower a price after the Catalogue is printed. Therefore we reserve the right to change prices, without notice, on any item, for any reason. Pricing information is displayed with a special code to allow IBOs to see the wholesale price and PV and BV on the page. (See example below)

Any time you purchase an Amway product, you have the right to use it for 90 days to determine whether it is satisfactory and whether you want to keep it. If you decide that it is not satisfactory, you may return your purchase or the unused portion. You will be offered a choice of replacement without delivery charge, full credit towards the purchase of another product or a refund of your full purchase price. Exclusions from the 100% 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee This guarantee does not apply to: goods or serviced purchased from Partner Stores or through other linked sites; Vendor Direct products; products that have been damaged or misused after receipt; products that have been made and delivered to customer order; delivery fees; abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee or to any Services. Exchanges and Product Returns To exchange or return a product in accordance with the relevant guarantees and warranties, please ensure you have the information from the invoice that accompanied the product or the emailed order confirmation. Take your items to the Sydney Business Centre, located at Homemaker Centre, 6 Victoria Ave, Castle Hill. 2. R equest a Returns Form and complete it. 3. The Business Centre will process your return. Return of IBO Registration Kit If an IBO wishes to return items purchased as part of their Registration Order, or a Registration Kit, within 90 days of joining, but does not wish to resign, then this IBO will need to pay a registration fee.
