The local real estate market ended 2024 with a surge, as pending sales rose 7.5% in December and closed sales jumped post-election. While inventory has rapidly returned to pre-pandemic levels, values remain strong—nowhere near pandemic levels. Condo sales are sluggish but still outperform pre-pandemic numbers (see below graph). Competition has led to price adjustments— making it a great time to buy.
