Staying COVID safe COVID-19 ARRIVAL PROCEDURES ON CAMPUS
Staying COVID safe
We’re so excited for you to enjoy all the learning, teaching and social activities that our campuses have to offer. Before you get started, there are just a few simple steps to take. These will keep our community safe and ensure that everyone has a great experience in 2021. Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1: Order your ID card before arriving or as soon as possible. We can send it out to you, or you can collect from a UConnect location .
Step 2: Once you have access to MyLO, our online learning system, please complete the A COVID–Safe Campus module .
Step 3: To confirm you’re healthy when you arrive, visit a health screening station and swipe in with your ID/Access card.
Step 4: When you’re on campus, log into our wifi with your username (or as a visitor). In the unlikely event that a positive case is identified, this allows us to quickly trace all of those affected.

Health Screening Stations
If you do not go through a screening station each day when you arrive, you will not have access to any buildings or facilities. Your ID/Access card will only provide building and facility access for 14 hours, once it has been swiped at a screening station.
COVID-19 health screening involves the self- monitoring of contact history and COVID-19 symptoms and a temperature check at our screening stations. Go through each day when you arrive, before entering any buildings or facilities on campus. Please ensure that you scan your ID/Access card.
