In ad ition to the thorough academic requirements, each stu dent is required to complete at leastthirty unitsof Bible and Doctrine.Realizing that theacquisitiononly of spiritual benefits may lead to staleness, each student is required to takepart weekly in some type of Christian service.

One of thenewareas of training is Biola’s Nursing program. Because we are convinced that there is a need for more qualified Christian nurses, we are preparing this coordinated program in generalcollegeeducation andnursing.
